This template is used by registered users reviewing articles submitted through the Wikipedia:Articles for creation process. Once an article submission has been reviewed and accepted, {{subst:afc a}} should be placed just before the start of the submission, and {{subst:afc b}} should be placed after it (and after any comments made by the reviewer). This will place the article and the reviewer's comments into a box, flagging it to other reviewers as already reviewed.

For declining a submission instead, use {{subst:afc r}}.
